We understand that sometimes things don’t fit quite right. That’s why we offer exchanges for size issues, and refunds only in the rare case of a defective product.

🔁 Exchanges (Size Only)

We offer size exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

  • The exchange request must be raised within 4 days of receiving your order
  • The T-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact
  • Size exchanges are subject to availability
  • Customers will be responsible for the return shipping unless the issue was due to our error

💸 Refunds (Defective Items Only)

We offer refunds only in the rare case of a genuine product defect or damage. Refunds are not provided for sizing issues, change of mind, or personal preference.

A refund will be issued only if:

  • The product received is visibly defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, with clear photos of the issue
  • The product has not been worn or washed

Once the issue is verified, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

❌ We Do Not Accept Returns For:

  • Colour preferences or slight variations due to lighting or natural dye
  • General wear-and-tear after use
  • Minor imperfections that do not affect functionality (we work with natural fibres and small-batch production—each piece may have subtle character)

If your exchange or refund request is approved, we’ll guide you through the return process via email.

Please ensure items are securely packaged and include your order number inside the package. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

📦 Estimated Delivery Time & Shipping Locations

We currently deliver only within India. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and standard delivery times range from 4–8 business days, depending on your location.
